^^^ It's difficult to say, there was a time it was all going well, then I collapsed, hit my head, there was a concussion and confusion. Maybe last week.

^^^ What about you, any handstands, cartwheels, roly polys?

^^^ My granddaughter had me doing roly polys recently - she's better at it. I love a bit of Jam Roly Poly and Custard! Is there no exercise you enjoy?

^^^ It is very purple Fluffy. Got to be honest on the exercise front I have started swimming, but it is sometimes a chore dragging my arse to the pool.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
