Roll Call

Armed here. Summer fun taking up all my nights (and weekends)...and it's not even summer yet.

Work has been insane lately.

Still smoke free.....although those late night neighborhood Bar B Q's/horseshoes did test me. But then I listen to all the smokers that found out I quit and were amazed I did it cold turkey and never looked back. Ya, smoking does suck

Here! smoke free, 3 months no smoke, ten pounds heavier, lost a pound finally so may be on the way down rather than up! Found a muscle, I think? On my leg from my gym time-- probably a tumor or something. . . And 3 new recipes for hummus!!!

Evenings are still tricky because I am not doing much except computer. Days though are pretty good without a lot of thought for smoking. Sat in a restaurant a few days ago and the smoke didn't smell that good (it has been smelling pretty good to me so I have tried to avoid it). Just an update--back to work a bit and not posting as much).

Julie babs sgt all AWOL

Who else missing?

I can account for babs... she's definitely not smoking, she's going crazy at the gym instead. From what I hear, she gets up every morning at 4 and heads out, to work out... :D

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
