I am so sorry I am late for your one year anniversary, but I was thinking of you.  Congratulations my friend.  I am so happy

for you Colleen.  You have been so strong throughout this entire year.  You have helped so many with your encouragement, humor and enthusiasm. Thank you for all the support you have given me on and off the board.  I am so happy that I have had the pleasure of meeting you and getting to know you. You are an inspiration.

HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY COLLEEN!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
