You can do this Linda. The craving will not last for long.  Have you tried changing up your morning routines? By changing up your routines you will train your brain to the new non smoking normal. This will help with the cravings.

Yea I agree with mac Linda, try changing up your routine and see if that helps. Hopefully you're feeling better by now though 🤗

You can do this Linda.   Redirect those thoughts.  The nicotine is gone so now you work on change the mind.  If all else fails, do what Cookie Monster says!

The cravings come...then they go.

Don't make a permanent decision based on a temporary feeling.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
