Well I made it to my 30 day quit have had some good days and some bad I'm sure like everyone else. This last week has been very difficult with some personal  hardships. But smoking or not they would have been hard. Most all of my friends are non smokers and really don't understand how hard it is. So the only ones that do are friends that are going through or have been there. Emotions are high so its easy to be hurt by some. So I have to remember this to shall pass,  I'm not a person that cries easy, but I sure have been lately. Feeling like I'm not the confident, well adjusted person I use to be, and I'm hoping friends can understand and if they  can't I can't change that. Hope the road gets smoother as I travel this journey. I guess I should have said this was Sunday rant. Thanks to everyone here

Oh Linda, I'm so glad that you're posting your journey. Every month I would look at all my past threads I created to not just see how far I'd come but to also remember where I came from!

 🤗

Big day tomorrow!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
