Well today will be one week. I think it will be better today. Yesterday kind of sucked, but I lived through it! Yesterday, I never came close to lighting up or anything but just thought about smoking a lot. Really, it hasn't been that bad, so I should quit my whining. lol

Anyway, hope everyone has a great day. I better do some work. cheers.

Congratulations Dogbelly on one week quit! We normally call the first week Hell week but I don't think that applies to you lucky guy! 😊

Keep on with the keeping on, you're doing awesome 😊

I have been drinking a lot of hot tea today and had a couple of virtual meetings, so not thinking about smoking to much. I think yesterday I just had to much idle time. Nice to relax a bit, but at this time I need to stay busy and focused. The Chantix helps (and if it isn't helping, I think it is, so it's all good).

Lunch time is soon, and I will take a walk after eating, instead of the old smoking ritual I would do. Ok, see ya. j

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
