Hey Tracey - late as usual but glad you made it through - and you will now be so much stronger for the experience - although I know it sucks actually getting through the experience at the time ! Also glad that you remembered to ask for help - although I can't get Nancy's image of you and 120 friends rocking up at a barbie out of my head ! a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34

Proud of you girl ! a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34

I am sorry you had to face a crave like that. If it helps I like to think those bigger weird craves are the last hold of that trigger - if I imagine it as a battle it can help. Drinking makes things harder too. Pleased for you that your quit is intact. x

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
