Lots of triggers and cravings that first day you quit...the BBQ and wine are no match for what you have put behind you....I always remember my first day and how hard that was...everything else is sooooo do-able now!

You got this Tracey...we are only a day or 2 apart in our quit..i know what your going through, but...you happen to be one of the strongest people Ive "met"...

put those thoughts behind you and enjoy the day!!

Tracey, I know you are one strong lady and will overcome these craves!  Just enjoy the day and keep repeating NOPE!!!   You CAN DO this!!

Our dear Tracey is not going to smoke.  Tracey, what does everyone think of the 120 goofy friends you brought to the BBQ?  Sorry you hit a rough patch!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
