Hi folks.

Just checking in.....now that the nice weather is here, I have limited time on the internet.

I'm enjoying my smoke free life, I'm eating better, doing some exercise and finding new hobbies. :)

Orchids! I've become orchid obsessed....growing them, repotting them, buying them. I'm running out of places to put them.

The cottage is open, so free time us spent there and my internet service is hit and miss. -shrug- Tis ok....sitting with my nose in a laptop while at the cottage kinda defeats the purpose of having a cottage.

I have new projects on the go at work.

In short, my smoke free life is awesome.

I'll keep checking in when I can.

Smoke free, smell good hugs to y'all

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
