Thank you!
This has been an amazing 7 years!
Without this site and the help of its wonderful members I don’t think the outcome would have been the same.

If you are lurking and thinking of joining, do it! It is worth it.
Next year at this time I will be quit and have a new title added to my name BSN, RN.

All of this snowballed from quitting at that point in life quitting was the hardest thing that I had done. Conquering that obstacle gave me the courage to conquer my fear of going back to school at my age.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
