Thanks Jillar! Thanks everyone! Can't believe it's almost a year already! Feels great being smoke free. Love not having to stand outside in the cold and wet to get my fix. My reward was oral surgery to remove an impacted wisdom tooth. Not fun! But now it's done! Still can't believe I was using nicotine for so long...34 years. Feels awesome being free.  Thanks to the creator and admins of this site, and all of you who support the newbies. Love riding the Train! Happy Holidays Folks!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
