6 months quit

out of the woods yet? - no

drinking plus emotional situations still try and trip me up!

can I get through it? hell yes - will not relapse!

keeping my guard up - humour helps me, quit buddies help me, determination helps me

still working it, still learning!

keep on your guard until you do not have to

everyone is different but this is my journey

we can all do it - keep our quits no matter what, whatever it takes

one day its going to be easy peasy all the time   :)

I so understand Tracey....

This journey has been hard for me at times....

Will I smoke....no......

But I have white knuckled it some times....

Keep strong Tracey, guard this quit with your life...

You know smoking was crap.....

I think when we go a certain amount of time ,we forget how much we hated it....

Try and remember just how horrible the addiction was.....

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
