Lost a relative to Covid yesterday.  I knew her but we were not close.   A distant Aunt.

She suffered from congestive heart failure.   She resided in an assisted living center and

despite all the precautions and care the disease slipped through.

I don't have details but I hope she went quickly.

There but for the grace of God go I.

I'm so sorry Sirius.  The elderly have suffered so much.  Trying to keep them safe leaves them with such lonliness.  So wish we could finally turn a corner.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
