Way to go Linda. Your quit should be all about focusing on the positive which is what you're gaining from being a non smoker. You should not be focusing on the negative which is what you think you are missing. Don't give any traction to the junkie thinking. We are all very proud of you.

Way to go Linda.  Be sure to celebrate every day.  It isn't easy in the beginning but you will get stronger every day!

Your doing great Linda. Hell week over. As Mac said, try to focus on the positive because that is so much better for your mind and body. Think of how much better you are going to for doing this for yourself. best wishes.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
