Congratulations on day 4, Christine.

Weekends were a bit tougher for me early on but making it through smoke free is very doable.  Try to keep yourself occupied and keep reaching out for help here as needed.  You are doing great.

Hang in there Christine. It is tiff but we can do it. Go shopping or visit someone who is a non smoker. Keep yourself busy. You can do this

It's doable, totally doable. You're on the right track. Hanging out here is a great idea when you need reinforcements.

Be proud of yourself Christine , you are doing just fine. Come on here whenever things get a bit dodgy, there is always someone or something to read here to keep you going.

Have a look at Joel Spitzers videos, they were so helpul to me t the beginning off my quit. Linda's advice is brilliant too, who doesnt enjoy a bit of shopping.... just watch your finger on that buy it now button.. I find it a bit slippy!!!!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
