But hey... A few months back I went on holiday to Lanzarote and took a load of photos and video... I've finally got round to editing some of the video down and I thought I'd share a little walk we did. It was about 6 miles in total, which doesn't sound like much, but it was through lava fields and up 2 volcanos and back again... with a two year old! So it took quite a long time.

The reason for posting this is that as a non smoker, it was really no challenge (physically) at all. OK, I'm terrified of heights and that was less fun, but worth every terrifying minute!

Awesome video. Great looking family. …. Looks like West Texas except West Texas has less trees.  :P You do not sound anything like I thought you would. I guess I was leaning toward you having a little more of a satanic accent.  :P

I'm getting a bit paranoid about this voice thing.

Its on my bucket list to visit an active volcano!

An active one might be a bit toasty!

Cool! Gorgeous wife and son too! Xxx

Thank you :)

10 out of 10: Would hike that.

If I'd not had my boy on my back I would have forced myself to walk the rim, but suffering vertigo AND having the most precious thing in the world on your back is not a particularly comfortable situation... But it was incredible.

The terrain of black jagged rock as far as the eye could see was simply incredible. I recommend going there just to see the decimation, hire a car and drive the entire length of the place, it's tiny and there's plenty of bits to see. We covered off a lot of stuff in a week.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
