Well done Christine, congratulations on deciding to take back your life! Today is a great day to quit 😊I don't know what that means but I think that if you're feeling pretty positive then stick with that feeling and don't wait for a shoe to drop. It may never happen 😊

Welcome Christine! Great job taking back your freedom! The Joel Spitzer videos are great to watxh. Very informative and kinda like having a counselor in the box. Play the games, read and read some more, post an SOS if you are thinking of smoking,  and hold tight to that quit!

Welcome and way to go Christine. You are now a non smoker and kicking the nicotine monster to the curb. Remind yourself everyday that you deserve this happier and healthier lifestyle that comes from not smoking. Just remember to take the daily Nope pledge ( not one puff ever). Gather as much knowledge as you can by watching the videos and reading the articles available to you on this site. Find a seat and enjoy the ride.
