I stayed away from smokers for the first 3 weeks I think it helped alot as I was more in control by then - you are doing it Evelyn one step at a time xx

I know exactly how you feel. I have posted my nope and plan on sticking to it! Yesterday I literally had to say to myself " I will not smoke till 15:45" and then " I will not smoke till 16h10" and I was really only doing it for a few minutes at a time and it helped!

keep pushing it rowly you are doing it as with evelyn one step at a time you can do this xx

Evelyn and Rowly well done both of you, sometimes it is a matter of taking it a few minutes at a time, but as long as you get past the crave and do not smoke whatever it takes xx
