That's mean that they offered you a cig, or do they not know you quit?  Can you tell them not to offer you as it would make it harder I think? Congrats on saying no.

Awesome Evelyn - you did great - now try to remember how good you feel at this moment and use that help you through other possible triggers in the future a0d0423989cfe63dbac86525c36d6b54_zpsff34

The other guest who offered me a cig, didn't knew I am quit. My neighbor didn't offer me we agreed she's not going to offer and I'm not going to 'beg for cigs' clear as crystal!!!!

Feels so strong :D 1 week in the pocket and I even beat down an offered cig.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
