I haven't seen a bonfire here lately.

I'll gladly throw my 31,500 unsmoked cancer sticks into the fire.

Feel free to throw your unsmoked cigarettes into the fire for everyone who has had their lives cut short due to horrible nicotine addiction.

Step out of the shadows, step out of the grave
Break into the wild and don't be afraid
Run into wide open spaces, grace is waiting for you

I'll throw my estimated 47,335 cigarettes on the fire.  Good riddance!

The lovely and talented Sugar Britches has commented a few times that she can't believe I ever smoked.  In retrospect, I can't believe how much I used to smoke.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
