Having a rough day, family issues and I really want to smoke, but have not. It really sucks. So I will just rant here and hope that helps

Rant away linda, smoking does nothing to fix any issues family or otherwise. What WILL help is seeing how strong you are by getting through these times smoke free. Virtual hugs going out to you....🤗🤗

Smoking will only make things worse.  Don't light up.  Fight through this crave and your quit will be stronger.

Great job Linda,

Don't let anyone or any decision ruin the great quit you have established. Neither are worth the loss of your quit. You and your quit are much more valuable than that.

Great advice Linda ...

Can you imagine how angry and disappointed you will feel ,if you have give away your precious quit ....

You would still have the issue ...and lost the most important thing in your life right now ....

Stay strong ...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
