I still get gutted when someone doesn't keep the quit ...every newbie I want to succeed ,and feel sad when they fail ....

When you first quit your counting the minutes ....now the years are flying by ,I carnt remember most of them ...

Hopefully I will still be here for some years yet ....

Well....I would like to see Maddie marry lol....

Thanks Peeps ....Love you and sausages ❤💕💕

You are a rock, Doreen. It means so much that you continue to support those of us who are still new in our quits. You are like a beacon of light that shows us the possibility of longer, life long quits. Thank you, and congratulations!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
