Congrats on day 7 Steven. One whole week! Your struggles aren't over yet but the worst of it is in that you will get more and more "comfortable" days going forward and the benefits of quitting will start becoming more and more evident! It's all good from here on providing you stay committed to nope!

Great job Steven. Time to reward yourself for getting through hell week. Now, you're going to start to feel a little better every day. You're a non smoker now and you're going to have to act accordingly.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
