Hardwork will paid off,

The urge to smoke is gone,

The lungs can inhale oxygen a lot more.

and now my nose is sensitive to smoke odor.

Wish everyone stay committing to quit, forever strong!

Congratulations @ekptr on your NINE months of Freedom !

Thank you for your update, it is wonderful to learn you are still free.

Things will continue to get better for you

except, the stench of tobacco may remain repugnant and the horrors of smoking always apparent.

So happy you quit !

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
