Hello Quit Train.

I wanna start by saying thank you to everyone who's been helping me since my first week of quit. Getting through hell week was one of the hardest experiences of my life. I'm glad I pushed through it. Its been a month since my quit, and I'm still dealing with a lot of issues when it comes to coping with day to day life and I'm trying to stay as positive as possible, but it can be really hard sometimes. I'm still going through some depression and insomnia, and its a process to deal with.

Wish me luck guys.

Way to go @dullyboi,

You have conquered the demon for a month and well on your way to a strong quit. Stay strong because this fight to kick addiction is a noble and healthy fight. It will get better as time goes by and you will be a better person for it.

Congratulations dullyboi on your first full month smoke free. Insomnia was one of the worst recovery symptoms there was for me but then one day I woke up after a full nights sleep and was in the best mood I had been in in a very long time. I even sang in the shower lol. I want that day for you too. It isn't far away now so hang in there, you're doing great 👍

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
