Way to go LadyDraga. You deserve to treat yourself to a celebration for this. It's a great thing to have accomplished. I know because I just hit my 1st month a couple days ago.

This is great news, LadyDraga.

Everything will continue to lighten up.  Stay vigilant and clear about your commitment to remain smoke free.

Don't let a stray thought distract you.  These are just brain receptors which haven't gotten the memo that you quit smoking.

Once you get past them, they won't beseech you anymore.

Continue to reward yourself for each crave and trigger faced and conquered.

You are FREE.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
