A quick thank you

Recommended Posts

I popped in after a year or so probably and was reminded of my journey. I am so thankful for this forum (and the quit smoking message board I started in). I passed my two year smoke free mark in January and any time someone asks for tips or how I did it I credit the forum. I am so thankful for the support that is shared here. A special thanks those who stick around and help and guide others...you are amazing humans. Keep it up folks...it is worth it.

Ps. Jillar, I am so happy to see you are still around. I hope you are doing well. Miss and love you. I'm sure if I dug a little deeper I'd see many other old friends....such amazing support here. 💖

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
