Quit

Patience Lady. The nicodemon is crafty in what he will use against us to have us begin the feeding cycle again. Don't be lured into the lies he's telling you. Hold tight to the reasons you quit for in the first place. The difficult days will pass because every battle you win makes you stronger and sucks the life out of that nicodemon. Slowly but surely you are taking back control of your life!

Of course I endured, today everything is normal.  But I don't like moments like this.

The early days of a quit present some trying moments.  Times when your commitment is challenged.  Passing those tests is where the rubber meets the road.

You passed the test and came through with your quit intact.

Congratulations, you are building a rock-solid quit for yourself.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
