Being able to tell the doctor I quit smoking!  Instead of sheepishly answering with my smoking status, I can hold my head high and shout it out!

I feel he same way. When I speak to my doctor or his PA I always offer up that I quit smoking before they even ask about it. I'm proud to be a non smoker. I have a lot of close friends and employees who tell me all the time that they are proud of me and glad I quit. This makes me extremely happy and glad I finally made this decision to quit.

Going an entire day without craving a smoke or even imagining wanting to have a smoke...not thinking about it at all!  11 months ago I had upwards of 200 craves a day.  NOPE!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
