30 days today.

Acknowledging the milestones.               giphy.gif        RAWR

Have been grateful to

not consider my demise with every breath or drag....so many breaths or drags

not reek and not plan how not to reek

wake slowly

not avoid kissing my guy because I reek

manage my time around smoking

spend money on cigarettes

be nicotine free

One month is really amazing Darcy.  I know when I got to that point there was no turning back.  I had put in too much effort, learning, and rewiring of my brain to just throw it all away.  Glad you've made it to such an important milestone.  Great job!

Right on, Darcy! Great job on one month smoke free!  It gets easier and easier, just you wait and see.  I agree with you that the not reeking part is a humungous bonus. Way to go!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
