I smoked and I feel awful. It was a lame excuse and I just didn't argue with my junkie thinking. What a hang over. I'll start from scratch tomorrow. Bedtime now

Evelyn,

It really stinks to see you go through this over and over.  Do you have a plan to change anything this next quit?  Anything anyone here can do to help?

Sorry to hear that Evelyn.

The positives are that you seem to be learning from each quit and moving forward.

I know that you have a lot on your plate. You smoked. Not good, but not the end of the world. Keep fighting and you will get there.

Evelyn, you were doing so well with the SOSs... What happened?!

I am sad that you have to start over and I agree with Colleen - what can we do to help?

Damn, that sucks. :( Relapses are never any fun.

You're right, the only thing you can do is start from scratch. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
