Hardly believe it's been a week.

thanks for the support, resources, suggestions, and encouragement.

Actually, yesterday I had a few pulls of craving at predictable times (after meals, late in the evening) and easily NOPE'd through.  I really have no way to explain why this sticky quit is flowing along with grace and ease and I am ridiculously grateful.

Yesterday was also the first day I woke up and my first thought was not of having a cigarette (wooo hooo!!!!). I actually snuggled in with my guy and the cats and enjoyed waking slowly.  Truly can not recall a time when waking up was not an immediate dash for coffee and cigarette. What a waste of warm wake up opportunities.  Glad everyday forth can be pleasant.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
