Thanks....its been a very long week, but I promised myself this time around, eat healthy..walk everyday and not to feel sorry for myself...the exact opposite to the last quit....not forgetting to soak up everything I read on this site

You can be exuberantly PROUD of yourself !  You are not 'giving up' anything except slavery, illness and a possibly horrifying death.

You are gaining Freedom, Self-confidence, Self-esteem and a profound trust in yourself.  You are not poisoning yourself anymore.

Time for Celebrations !

p.s.  things will get easier and better for you in short time.  Hang in there !

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
