Huge congratulations to you on your first year down, Sammy!  You worked hard for this (and I hope your dog is still getting lots of extra walks).  Time to get out and celebrate your amazing accomplishment.

Thanks all of you.  The year seemed to take so long at the beginning and then something happens and it just zips by.   I am a non smoker,  I don't smoke,  No thank you, I don't indulge.   Boy that feels good to say!   Dancing!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
