Hard to believe it has been 3 years since that fateful day I knew I had to quit. Can still remember the struggle to get through those first days and weeks....now here I am with 3 years under my belt!! I owe a lot to the online support from QSMB (in my early quit days) and then QTrain.  Thank you! I continue to spread the word...
