Dazed and Confused

56 days without a cigarette I was away for a while but now I'm back I feel good and all is well

Except having a hard time maneuvering around this forum , how do I get up-to-date info and is there a time difference.

it's a storehouse of information       Thank you Thank you  Thank you

Glad to see you back, was wondering where you were.

Congratulations on your 56 days !  You are well on your way !

 

The link that @Rozuki gave you should help you navigate around and build yourself a sturdy quit.

If you hang out here a while you will get to know this site better.

 

Pretty much somebody is around all the time, some get alerted for pm's and SOS's

Feel free to pm us.  That is what we are here for.

When you post concerns or questions or updates on your experience,

you will be helping others who may have the same thoughts.

 

I believe the site runs on EST but, we have members all over the world.

Australia, Europe, Mexico, North America, UK, Japan...

so, somebody is usually leaving the light on.

Glad to see you Joe, congrats on 56 days quit! :) On the upper right there is a little icon that says unread content, click on that and you can see what you haven't read yet. You may have to use the desktop view to see the icon though :)
