I'm 216 Hours Quit from nicotine both in tobacco products and NRT and I quit completely cold turkey by Mr John David Baker sufferer of moderate to severe Asperger's syndrome and adult ADHD

I started on some tubes of Polo sugar free mints and at 7:10 AM this morning achieved 216 Hours nicotine free cold turkey! Been a bit moody because the Council electronically deactivated my disabled persons concessionary travel permit yesterday. I think this is because I never responded to the reminder letter because I found it confusing. Processing complex information is very hard due to executive dysfunction in my Asperger's syndrome. A friend from my kingdom hall is helping me with the technicalities involved in renewing my travel permit.

I was very resilient and bounced back when I imagined all my friends on Quit Train all cheering for me and rooting for me. I want to go in to Day 10 completely nicotine free cold turkey. Cold turkey is wonderful and I applaud this fabulous website for all their efforts to defeat the nico-demon as my former site www.quitnet.com called it.

I've consumed a whole tube of Polo sugar free mints and eaten some microwave oven melted cheese sandwich formation and I gorged myself voraciously to a Sainsbury's deep pan BBQ chicken pizza. I can really taste my food better since my cold turkey quit! I'm looking forward to having my dopamine blocking injection tomorrow for my ADHD at my lovely GP surgery near to my little one bedroomed council flat. It'll be nice to have a lovely stroll there and back for exercise.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
