Big congrats jackie, so pleased to say you did AMAZING on this 4 month celebration. Some people do it easy peasy, some of us just trundle through a little slower but for sure you are always there, helping, paying it forwards and we are right behind supporting you right back!   Big up Jackie66 :) xx

Jackie, would you rather be at work... Or poorly in bed? Sounds like out of the frying pan and into the fire to me!!

Really glad you are feeling better, but I think you should be your feet up, have some wine and so some celebrating :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
