Congratulations Octain on your Two Years of Freedom !

Hope you celebrate wildly in your van by the river.

Very happy for you, you built a fine and sturdy quit and it was a pleasure to watch your journey.

Thanks for sharing it with us.

Thanks everyone!

I did have a bit of a time, didn’t I?
But here we are…Time flies when you’re having fun. I can’t believe I haven’t smoked a cigarette in two years.

I smoked for 37 years. I kick myself in the ass every time I think about all  the time and money spent on absolutely nothing.

What a worthless addiction. PFFT!!

You do whatever you have to do, not to smoke. Whatever it takes to keep from picking up that cigarette. If I can do it, anyone can

Thanks quittrain. I don’t think I could’ve done it without you.

Cigarettes do absolutely nothing for us. They take away our time, our money and our health.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
