I am from India so I eat rice mostly , i can change my diet from rice to wheat foods like Indian  chapati

I can also avoid direct intake of sugars from tea , chocolates and juices .

 

I don't know what else i should do to reduce my blood sugar levels

 

Please help

There isn't much difference in the Gi levels of brown rice or wheat according to this chart

Maybe i should reduce the quantity of rice and wheat intake

Watch Dr. Jason Fung's videos on YouTube.  He is a Canadian nephrologist who has helped many people reverse their type II diabetes.  If I remember correctly, he says that 95% of people can reverse their type II diabetes, even if they have had it for a long time.  If reading is more your thing, he has written a couple of books.
