This made me smile, it's as easy and as hard as don't smoke and you make it. Massive congrats Sarah. You worked hard for this quit and owned it from the word go, no matter what. x

Thanks everyone. I'm at a point now where I genuinely don't think I'm going to smoke again. Just can't see why I would!

I know I have to be careful of triggers even after months or years even.

Things seems to be falling into place a bit more now. And I've had life advice from people here not just not smoking advice.

The help I've had from this forum is way beyond what I would have expected.

You are all wonderful xxx

Nice work... But... as I've mentioned before (and as you've alluded to)... Don't get complacent about your quit... Triggers come and bite your arse all the time.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
