Take some concentrated deep beautiful breaths of oxygen.

In through your nose, out through your mouth.

Think of good times.

Eat a little something !

Are you Hungry Angry (emotional) Lonesome (bored) Tired ?

Deal with those things.

Do not smoke, smoking is ridiculous

Dont smoke. Go find a non- smoking girlfriend and live happily ever after without lung cancer, throat cancer, COPD or emphysema!!!

Smoking doesn’t make you smarter.  Does quite the opposite doesn’t it??

PS - good job posting SOS!

23 days without smoking is very precious Juan .

Do not ruin it .

You will feel like shit if you break that 23 day old quit for sure .

The dullness will go  away .

There will be fresh times .

Hang in there .

We all come face to face with the worst our addiction can throw at us during the early days of our quit Juan. You have done that as well now and have beaten your urge to smoke. Well done! Winning these especially hard battles is what strengthens the foundation of our quits. Keep moving forward - you're winning!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
