We're here for you Jo.  Hope the Witch Doctors figure this out.

Make sure you stay hydrated, it may help with your headache.

Love you, bebe.

Vivianne, that was a very traumatizing accident.  It will take a while to get over.  Know that smoking does nothing to help.  You will get through this!

no apologies needed, Ms V.

You are coming down from major adrenalen poisoning.

Treat yourself kindly, soothing walks, comforting naps, rejuvenating deep, deep breaths.

Today I went out to search for a "new" car, and I found one! A nissan micra, small but a very good deal!

And also helping one of my best friends out this week with her dog walking service again. Walked a lot of dogs yesterday and this morning. One more day to go! 17 dogs to go!

I'll make some pictures tomorrow if I can :)

Yup, Viv=busy but smoke free!!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
