7 years and counting (but no longer counting. that’s the best part)

Nice quit, babs! 7 is a great number! And I love the fact that you are no longer counting. I remember when I was in that place in my previous quit. It helps me to know I will get there again. And this time, I will STAY there!!!

I have 300 days smoke free today. Just felt like tooting my own horn a bit!

I rewarded myself a day early yesterday with a trip to my favorite winery with my favorite person--my mom! We had a lovely afternoon together, sharing a pizza at the winery and enjoying the gorgeous fall weather we are having here. And the best thing--I wasn't polluting the air with those nasty stinkerettes!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
