Hey everyone! Just popping by to say I’m celebrating 3 years this coming Monday, 1/29/24! I’ve been smoke free and craving free since day 1! No matter what anyone says, it IS possible! This month is the beginning of an awesome year! No smoking, a toxic coworker is leaving next week, I’m starting my first new relationship in almost 7 years, I’ve overcome anxiety and have joined a freaking gym! Make this year the best you can!!!! Good to everyone still pushing through!!! You can dot it!

Every day you're smoke free is a victory worth celebrating! Don't ever sell yourself short just because you only have a few days. 5 days or 5 years; they're both hard fought victories!! You have every right to be proud Dane!

Congratulations!!! Getting over the hurdle of the first few days is a major achievement. Onward and upward to Day 6!

Congratulations @Dejvis93  That first day is the toughest.  Keep up the great work, you are doing a great thing in quitting smoking.

Congrats at your 3 tough fought days of Smobriety @Dejvis93!!

3 days free of putting nicotine into your body means nicotine has now been flushed out of your entire body and that's a huge accomplishment. Now your mission is to keep it out! You're on the right path to do just that so keep your focus & you'll get there; no question about it.

Nice work @Dejvis93! That's the hardest week of all and it's now in your past. Keep moving forward. You've got too much invested to give up now. Still one day at a time and you'll make it to your goal!

Great work @Dejvis93  You are making it through the toughest days and it does get better.  Keep moving forward.  You are doing awesomely.

Good on you Dejvis93. Hell week is no joke but you did it. So, reward yourself today for this great accomplishment.
