Great work Abby! You're 3/4 of the way to completing your first year of smoke free life. Time will really start to fly now and before you know it, you'll be standing on the Lido Deck with many others here celebrating your life long quit! Be sure to mark the day with a celebration of some sort :)

Thank you so much, everyone! So far I'm rewarding myself by sitting in the tire shop, waiting while they fix a leaky tire. 🙄 But later I will find a much more enjoyable way to celebrate the day!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
