I bet you love it!! I know some are all big time into exercise, I've not been like that in a long time but you know what - I think it releases something into your bloodstream which makes you feel good.  I only did it for two weeks and at the moment I can't and am really missing the natural high feeling after a workout. Just thought I'd say in case you were worried, it's pretty cool to exercise and you don't crave AT ALL while you're doing it which is most excellent news in my book :) x

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
