Congratulations Ankush on reaching that important 1st month of freedom from nicotine!

Still a ways to go before that quit is rock solid but you are well on your way. Be sure to celebrate this milestone today :)

Hi all. I've not stayed quit from the past nearly one month. I forgot to remove my quit date from my account settings. I do intend to quit from tomorrow again. Sorry for the mix up

Is it 'tomorrow' yet, Ankush ?

Put the smokes down, man.

Stop torturing yourself, start breathing and living FREE.

Hello Ankush  , I thought your old quit was more than 6 months long .

Anyway quit again as soon as possible for the sake of health .

India is already sort of polluted any many ways .

Ankush,

The best time to quit is always NOW!

Don't let a momentary lapse in judgement become the chain that binds you to addiction. Tell yourself you want that quit, and then take it! Make it happen. Drown those cigarettes in water. They are doing you no good, I promise you that.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
