Congratulations on 3 years smoke free, L4L.  That is truly awesome and thank you for all the things you have done to help others with their quits as well.

I hope you do something to celebrate today.

Thanks everyone!  I’ve been on vacation and my anny slipped right past me!  I remember counting the non-smoking  minutes as a newbie and now it is no longer all consuming.  Still worth the celebration!  I saw smokers on vacation and thought to myself- gross. So happy that’s no longer me!!  I love enjoying vacation and not wasting time and losing memories looking for a smoke spot!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
