WOO-HOO!!!  Many thanks to everyone here for the support and sometimes the virtual hand holding in the early days of my quit, It is no exaggeration say that I most likely would have failed without your help.

 

 12 months ago this day seemed too far away and too difficult to even dream of, But the view from the Lido deck is beautiful! 😁

I love that quit ticker,I looked at by the hour sometimes when things were grim. 

 

 7,297 poison sticks I've avoided and $2,189.09 that I didn't give to the death merchants at RJ Reynolds. 🤸‍♂️
